lavender fields
I don't know why I suddenly missed my husband. We're working in the same building anyway.
The photos I posted are souvenirs from the lavender fields located in the Village of Lage at the Botanischer Duftgarten in Germany... those were taken on the second day of our honeymoon.
The scenery is beautiful, vast, with nothing but lavenders as far as the eyes can see. At the end, you can see the small houses and a windmill.
"Baby, come, hold my hand, let's go to the middle." Hyunwoo invited Haein as they got out of the car.
Haein gladly took her husband's hand, and they joyfully walked towards the center of the lavender field.
Haein was wearing a white dress with natural curly hair, while Hyunwoo wore a blue polo with the sleeves rolled up.
"Love, get your phone, let's take a picture here! It's so beautiful!" Haein exclaimed, marveling at the lavender field.
Hyunwoo just looked at his wife full of sincerity in his eyes - you could feel the intensity of his love for his wife. Only her.
Suddenly, Hyunwoo said, "Yes, baby. It's beautiful. But you are the most beautiful." He place his left hand on her cheeks before kissing her. A gentle, warm and intimate kiss on the lips.
Breaking their kiss, Haein blurted "Love! You're so cheesy! But thank you for always complimenting me. You're not so bad yourself! Hahaha!" Haein teased.
"Come on, let's take a selfie together. Let's start making memories and document each one!" Hyunwoo exclaimed.
Without hesitation, Haein positioned herself in front of Hyunwoo, and they took their time to try different poses, their smiles reaching their eyes, reflecting their genuine happiness.
"Someday, when we have our own children, let's come back here and bring them along. I'm sure they'll love it because we loved it. The atmosphere is so refreshing, it calms you down." Haein said, sounding determined.
Hyunwoo raised his eyebrows, "Really, Children? Plural?" teasing Haein while putting his arms around her waist.
"Yes!" Haein replied, looking at Hyunwoo, obviously now she’s blushing.
"Well, in that case, should we start working on it tonight when we get back to the hotel?" Hyunwoo pulled Haein towards the direction away from the middle of the field, signaling he wanted to leave.
"Love, wait, don't get too excited! You're so silly!!" Haein said, laughing at her husband's gesture.
The sun sets while they headed back towards their accommodation. Only they know what happened that night…
